As the Preferred DJ Vendor for Wedgewood Weddings, iMobileDJs is the designated DJ provider for the Wedgewood properties listed above. The DJ services have already been included in the wedding package you selected with the Wedgewood Team, and we’ve reserved your event on our calendar. One of our talented DJ’s will be assigned to provide the musical backdrop for YOUR special day.

Please note that a Welcome Email should have been sent to your email address. In preparation for the Final Planning Meeting with the Wedgewood Team (typically held about 10 days before the wedding), we ask that the online planning form be completed as much as possible. This form allows you to share all essential details, including:

• Ceremony music selections
• Grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, and last song choices
• Names of those being introduced and giving toasts or speeches
• Any additional details that will help us customize the event to your vision

If you’re completing the online form, we will automatically receive your inputs. For paper forms, please ensure they are emailed to us at least 30 days before the wedding. While filling out the form, it’s natural for some elements to seem unclear—rest assured that everything will come together after the Final Planning Meeting.

Following the Final Planning Meeting, Wedgewood will provide us with the finalized event timeline. This timeline will be shared with your assigned DJ, who will then contact you to schedule a Timeline Review Meeting. During this meeting, which typically takes place the week of your wedding, you’ll have the opportunity to review every detail to ensure the day flows as envisioned. Any questions or concerns can be addressed at that time.

The Timeline Review Meeting is scheduled close to your wedding date to ensure the DJ is fully focused on your event and has the most accurate and up-to-date information. Given the volume of events we support across multiple venues, this timing allows us to provide the best possible service and attention to detail.

What we provide:

iMobileDJs will play music 30 minutes before the Ceremony begins
iMobileDJs will play your Processional and Recessional Music, any music we are asked to play in between
iMobileDJs will control the audio for all microphones

*If you decide to book an outside vendor to play music (i.e. String Instruments, Vocalists, Pianists, etc.) - we will still provide sound for the microphones. However, if your outside music vendor needs extra microphones, or needs to plug into our sound board, there is an additional fee for this. Contact us for more details.

*If you have a videographer, your videographer can plug into our sound board to capture sound. They will need either an RCA, XLR, or ¼ inch adapter to plug into the sound board. Contact us for more details.

COCKTAIL HOUR

Depending on your venue, the cocktail hour may be held at the same location as the ceremony, in the reception area, or in a separate room (some may be outdoors).

For cocktail hours that are in the same area as the ceremony, music will continue to be played using the speaker system for the ceremony area.

For cocktail hours that are in the same area as the reception, music will be played using the main reception sound system.

For cocktail hours that are in a separate room or area, we will provide a separate speaker system for background music.

*If you decide to book an outside vendor to play music (i.e. Vocalists, Pianists, etc.) - and your outside music vendor needs extra microphones, or requires a plug into our sound board, there is an additional fee for this. Contact us for more details.

*If you are showing a slideshow or video, the venue will have a projector screen for you to use. However, you will need to rent a projector from us. Rental is $500 which includes setup of the projector, running power, and audio video cables from the laptop or media source to the soundboard.

When couples do not request a specific DJ — or when requested DJs are unavailable — we do not simply assign “whoever is available.” Every member of our team is experienced in adapting to different wedding styles, guest demographics, cultures, and energy levels to create a celebration that feels personalized to each couple.

Our focus is ensuring that every couple receives the same level of professionalism, preparation, energy, adaptability, and overall experience that iMobileDJs is known for.

How DJ Requests Work

Our DJs rotate servicing Leal Properties, Wedgewood Weddings venues, partner venues, private events, and personally booked weddings throughout the Bay Area. Because of this, availability can vary greatly depending on the date and season.

For couples requesting a specific DJ, here’s how the process works:

We recommend providing a Top 3 DJ list rather than only one preferred DJ.
We will check availability in the order provided.
If one of your requested DJs is available, a $200 retainer fee (paid directly to the DJ) officially locks them in for your wedding date.
Once the retainer is paid, your requested DJ is confirmed.

Current DJ Request Retainer

Through June 30th, the current DJ request retainer is $200.

Updated DJ Request Retainer Policy Effective July 1

Beginning July 1, the following DJ request retainers will apply:

Weddings taking place within 8 months: $400 retainer
Weddings taking place more than 8 months away: $600 retainer

Due to the high demand for our DJs and the long-term scheduling commitment involved, weddings booked further in advance require a higher reservation retainer.

Please note that the retainer must be received within 48 hours of requesting a DJ. Until the retainer is received, the DJ will remain available for other events.

Why is a Retainer required?

Because we coordinate DJs across multiple venues and events throughout the Bay Area, reserving a specific DJ means we are committing that DJ exclusively to your wedding date and removing them from availability for other events.

The retainer helps protect your reservation and allows us to fairly manage scheduling for all couples while ensuring your preferred DJ is secured for your special day.

Photo booth

Wedgewood Weddings now includes an in-house, automated self-serve photo booth with most venue packages.

But if you’re looking for a next-level guest experience, the iMobileDJs Photo Booth is designed to wow your guests and create truly memorable moments.

Unlike standard touch-screen booths, our photo booth is fully staffed and interactive. Our on-site photographer engages your guests, helps pose groups, retakes photos on the spot if needed, and makes sure everyone fits in the frame, whether it’s a couple or a group of 20. Photos are displayed live as they’re taken, building excitement and drawing a crowd all night long.

Every package includes:

• Unlimited prints in your choice of a 2x6 photo strip or a 4x6 customized print
