WEDGEWOOD WEDDINGS

iMobileDJs is the contracted DJ vendor on the "DJ Package" for the following Wedgewood Weddings facilities in Northern California:

 

  • Wedgewood Redwood Canyon (Castro Valley)

  • Wedgewood Jefferson Street Mansion (Benicia)

  • Wedgewood at the Presidio - Golden Gate Club (San Francisco)

  • Wedgewood at the Presidio - Officer's Club (San Francisco)

  • Wedgewood at the Presidio - The Log Cabin (San Francisco)

  • Wedgewood Hacienda de las Flores (Moraga)

  • Wedgewood Hiddenbrooke Hills (Vallejo)

  • Wedgewood Brentwood Rise (Brentwood)

This is what is included in your DJ Package:

 

CEREMONY

Standard Equipment Included:

(1) - Wireless Lapel Microphone for the Officiant

(1) - Wireless Handheld Microphone for Vows and/or Readings

(1) - 6 Channel Sound Board

Audio Sound System

 

*Additional Microphones or equipment are available at an additional cost.  Please contact your iMobileDJ for more information.

 

What we provide:

  • iMobileDJs will play music 30 minutes before the Ceremony begins

  • iMobileDJs will play your Processional and Recessional Music, any music we are asked to play in between

  • iMobileDJs will control the audio for all microphones

 

*If you decide to book an outside vendor to play music (i.e. String Instruments, Vocalists, Pianists, etc.) - we will still provide sound for the microphones.  However, if your outside music vendor needs extra microphones, or needs to plug into our sound board, there is an additional fee for this.  Contact us for more details.

 

*If you have a videographer, your videographer can plug into our sound board to capture sound.  They will need either an RCA or ¼ inch adapter to plug into the sound board.  Contact us for more details.


 

COCKTAIL HOUR

Depending on your venue, the cocktail hour may be held at the same location as the ceremony, in the reception area, or in a separate room (some may be outdoors).  

 

For cocktail hours that are in the same area as the ceremony, music will continue to be played using the speaker system for the ceremony area.

 

For cocktail hours that are in the same area as the reception, music will be played using the main reception sound system.

 

For cocktail hours that are in a separate room or area, we will provide a separate speaker system for background music.

 

 

RECEPTION

Standard Equipment Included:

(2) - Wireless Handheld Microphones

(1) - 6 Channel Sound Board

Audio Sound System

Dance Floor Lighting (for open dancing)

 

*Additional Microphones are available at an additional cost.  Please contact your iMobileDJ for more information.

 

*If you decide to book an outside vendor to play music (i.e. Vocalists, Pianists, etc.) - and your outside music vendor needs extra microphones, or requires a plug into our sound board, there is an additional fee for this.  Contact us for more details.

 

*If you are showing a slideshow or video, the venue will have a projector screen for you to use.  However, you will need to rent a projector from us. Rental is $150 which includes setup of the projector, running power, and audio video cables from the laptop or media source to the soundboard.

REQUESTING A DJ

$100 fee to request a specific DJ. You will get billed when confirmed.

PHOTOBOOTH

Wedgewood has decided to bring photobooth services in-house using an automated self-serve booth. However, the iMobileDJs photobooth is still an option.
